Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a
skilled and friendly Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer
service and a strong work ethic. As a Restaurant Server, you will
be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and
ensuring that our members have a memorable dining experience.

Club What Will I Be Doing? Greets members in a friendly but
professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and
efficiently while following the 12 Steps of Service as outlined in
the “Pine Island Server Manual” Serve food and drinks in a timely
and professional manner Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in
with them throughout their meal Collaborate with kitchen staff to
ensure timely and accurate order delivery Maintains cleanliness of
eating areas in compliance with Health & Safety, OSHA, and EPA
Opens member tickets under the proper name/number accurately
processing all charges and cash transactions. Follows company
procedures for processing transactions and appropriately balancing
those transactions. Performs other duties as needed Requirements:
Do I Have What It Takes? High school diploma or equivalent Prior
experience as a Restaurant Server and courses in food service
methods is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention
to detail Ability to work well in a team Flexibility to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have knowledge of serving
techniques and protocol including proper table etiquette and
setting arrangements Must have knowledge of state alcohol laws,
RASP (Responsible Alcohol Service) and FAB (Fake, Altered and
Borrowed ID specifics) Stays abreast of the Company’s products and
services; recognizes opportunities to recommend
additions/enhancements to Company products and services Pine Island
