As a member of our dedicated fleet team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods, upholding our commitment to excellence in service. This position requires a focused individual capable of managing long hauls while adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance. Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck on assigned routes to fulfill client deliverables Complete daily logs and reports including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel receipts Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Manage routes and routines to optimize costs and time while meeting client requirements Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics staff to improve on-road productivity Ensure secure and safe loading and unloading of goods Proficient in driving large vehicles Strong time management and customer service skills Ability to operate GPS and other navigation systems Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance Physical fitness and ability to handle physical workload Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Clean driving record DOT medical card Must pass a background check and drug screening
