us! Job Description: This job is responsible for enabling teams, up
to an entire Agile Release Train, to learn, implement, and mature
Lean Agile principles and practices. Key responsibilities include
guiding and supporting the transformation to Lean Agile, educating
leaders on the mindset, and empowering teams to become self
managing to fulfill their cross functional potential and have an
attitude of relentless improvement. Job expectations may include
training and coaching teams and leading roles on agile and modern
engineering practices. Responsibilities: Provides feedback to
management regarding the progress of agile adoption within their
teams Helps to identify and resolve organizational impediments that
impact team maturity and performance Facilitates discussion,
decision making, and conflict resolution within and across teams
Leads roles and teams to embrace a Lean Agile and learning mindset
Provides guidance on creating and managing an intake process,
healthy backlog, and facilitating valuable agile ceremonies
Performs hands on training and coaching to all teams in all aspects
of Lean Agile Helps align teams to enterprise agile standards and
practices, coaches team members through change, assists with
forming and sustaining Agile Communities of Practice (COP), and

Design LOB Specific Job Description About the Role We are seeking a
high-energy, positive, and inherently proactive Agile Coach to
serve as the operational heartbeat of our Delivery Enablement team.
In this role, you will champion continuous improvement, drive
flexible workflows, and ensure our team operates at peak
efficiency. While your title reflects your ability to coach the
team on adaptable, high-performance practices, you will also be a
hands-on project manager. You will take ownership of our Jira
environment, facilitate essential team check-ins, track action
items to completion, and build presentations that keep stakeholders
informed. If you are an independent self-starter who brings
infectious enthusiasm to daily operations and thrives on keeping
teams organized and aligned, this is the role for you. Your role
will also include communicating at scale to the organization via
multiple channels, enabling teams to learn best practices and tools
for efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities Process Coaching &
Team Cadences Facilitate Team Rhythms: Own, schedule, and lead all
internal team cadences, including regular check-ins, planning
sessions, and operational reviews. Drive Business Agility: Coach
business team members on adaptable workflows and iterative
progress, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high
performance. Process Optimization: Continuously assess internal
operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined
frameworks to improve team velocity and collaboration. Backlog &
Operations Management Jira Management: Act as the primary owner of
the team’s Jira environment. Maintain and organize business
backlogs to ensure tasks, deliverables, and requirements are
clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable. Action Item Tracking:
Proactively track deliverables and project milestones. Actively
identify and resolve blockers that hinder the team’s progress
before they become larger issues. Presentations & Reporting: Design
and produce high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards to
clearly communicate team progress, operational metrics, and
strategic updates to leadership. Minimum Years of Experience 5 Key

and building deep trust with your team. Qualifications 3–5 years of
experience in project management, business operations, or process
coaching. 3-5 years of Proven track record of facilitating meetings
and driving strict accountability for action items. 3 years of
deep, hands-on expertise with Jira (creating boards, managing
complex backlogs, tracking operational metrics). 3 years of
demonstrated experience designing and building high-quality
presentation content (PowerPoint, Confluence, or similar). Desired
Qualifications Bonus: A technical background or previous experience
working closely with technical/engineering teams is highly

information Pay range $127,500.00 - $164,600.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
