contract opportunity with one of our largest clients! This is a W2
contract opportunity, and the candidates should be willing to work
on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C. Program Lead- Delivery and Communications
Location: Charlotte, NC Type: W2 Contract – 12-month contract Work
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office Seeking a Delivery &
Communications Lead for Large ? Scale Re ? Engineering and
Migration Initiatives Profile : Program and project management
professional supporting large ? scale re ? engineering and
migration efforts through delivery of centralized reporting and
execution layers. Leads end ? to ? end builds, manages milestones,
risks, and dependencies, and coordinates across technology,
business, SMEs, and leadership. Acts as a delivery lead and
communications anchor, translating complex discussions into clear
execution plans, success criteria, and stakeholder ? ready
materials. Drives consistent communication, documentation,
training, and adoption to ensure migrations are delivered on time,
risks are surfaced early, and new processes and tools are embedded
into business as usual. - Program & project management (multi ?
workstream delivery) - Risk, issue, dependency, and timeline
management - Cross ? functional stakeholder coordination -
Executive communication & storytelling - Translation of complex
topics into execution plans - Large ? scale migration & re ?
engineering support - Centralized reporting & execution layer
delivery - Training, documentation, and adoption enablement -
PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools - Agile / hybrid /
