Job Details As a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of civil cases with other members of our growing litigation team while also managing your own caseload. Responsibilities: Handle your own litigation caseload involving business, contract, real estate, construction, and personal injury disputes Handle court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Serve as second-chair on larger civil litigation cases Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Collaborate with litigation team on case strategy, client management, and business development Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 2 to 5 years of litigation experience Willingness to go to Court and handle matters through trial and appeal Experience with legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently on cases while also collaborating with a team Interested in hearing more?
