Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise while accurately using an RF scanner to track inventory within the warehouse management system. Pay Rate: $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Location: Greenwood, IN Key Responsibilities Operate reach truck safely and efficiently to pick, put away, and replenish inventory Use RF scanner to accurately receive, pick, and transfer products Load and unload pallets and cases from racks and staging areas Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime if required Interested?
