Job Description:
GXO Logistics, a leader in contract logistics, is seeking a
dedicated Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient
operation of our warehouse through effective maintenance and repair
of facilities and equipment. At GXO, we pride ourselves on

supply chain solutions. The Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor will
play a critical role in maintaining our operational effectiveness,
supporting our mission to enhance customer service, and reducing
costs through diligent facilities management and proactive
maintenance strategies. Oversee daily maintenance operations within
the warehouse. Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring,
training, and evaluating performance. Plan and execute maintenance
schedules to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health and
safety standards. Manage repair and maintenance budget. Coordinate
with other supervisors and departments to optimize maintenance
procedures. Implement and monitor energy-saving and cost-reduction
initiatives. Proven ability in team management and leadership.
Strong understanding of warehouse maintenance procedures.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software. Excellent
problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Professional (CMRP) is a plus. OSHA Safety Certification.
