Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Continuous Improvement Supervisor to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated individual who has a keen interest in driving efficiency and excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization, leveraging their expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, problem-solving, and team leadership. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Develop and implement a sustainable continuous improvement framework, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies. 3. Drive the execution of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of specified objectives. 4. Facilitate cross-functional teams in the identification, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement opportunities. 5. Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels on continuous improvement tools and techniques. 6. Monitor and report on the status of improvement projects, identifying any barriers to progress and proposing solutions to overcome them. 7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and participation in improvement activities. 8. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate efforts to achieve common goals. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within the manufacturing industry. 3. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. 4. Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement projects. 5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. 7. Proficient in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. 9. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
