Job Description Position Title: Salt Operator - Dupont shift Job ID: 138657 Operator - Salt Department Waynesville, NC 28786 $21.25/hr | Dupont 7-7 Schedule If you're the type who likes to stay busy, keep things organized, and doesn't mind getting a little salty on the job, this one's calling your name. This role keeps production moving by preparing, filling, tying, and transporting supersacks, helping your team, and keeping the area tidy and safe. Job Duties: • Set pallets and prep supersack hoppers • Tie and prepare supersacks for current, upcoming, and weekend shifts • Attach and adjust sacks for filling and run the hopper • Label finished product and move completed sacks with a forklift • Enter production data in the computer • Keep the area clean and free of salt and debris • Operate automatic and manual wrappers • Assist other operators with setup and movement of product • Provide relief during absences and help with filter press washing • Follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE What You Need: • High school diploma or GED • Basic math and computer skills • Ability to read and follow instructions • At least 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience • Strong organization and multitasking • Valid NC driver's license • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly • Forklift experience is a plus Compensation details: 21.25 PI180c3333e1a1-25405-39208897
