Job Description Position Title: Fleecing Operator - Dupont Shift Job ID: 138678 Now Hiring: Fleecing Operator Location: Enka, NC 28728 Pay Rate: $21.57/hr Shift: 12-Hour DUPONT Schedule Job Duties: • Safely operate and monitor fleecing machinery • Prepare machines for operation and load materials • Enter production data into machine computer controls • Adjust inputs, pressures, and speeds to maintain quality • Monitor and record temperatures, speeds, pressures, and counts • Perform quality checks including weighing samples, measuring width/thickness, and visual inspections • Make minor machine adjustments as needed • Perform housekeeping and maintain organized work areas • Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management • Obtain and maintain Fork Truck certification Requirements: • Technical or machine operation experience required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks • Must be able to bend, stretch, push, carry, and climb stairs • Frequent mounting/dismounting of forklift in some areas • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Schedule: • 12-hour rotating DUPONT schedule • 4 days on, 7 off • 4 nights on, 3 off • 3 days on, 1 off • 3 nights on, 3 off • Shifts: 6:50 AM - 6:50 PM and 6:50 PM - 6:50 AM Compensation details: 28728 Yearly Salary PI07a5410d3f74-25405-39290528
