Job Description Job Description EY RESPONSIBILITIES (other
duties as assigned): Production Quality Control Perform first-off
inspections in all areas Perform inspections for all components
shipping to Customers Perform production audits as needed Perform
daily dock audits Immediately alert any product issues to
management Take part measurements using various hand tools Perform
Smoke Time testing Quality Assurance Assist with ISO and IATF
compliance Perform needed Quality Management Program audits Assist
with PPAPs Assist with creation/update of work instructions Verify
correct tools/bits/routers/etc. being used for parts Create/track
calibrations for all tools Monitor Inventory Levels Ensure shipping
labels match inventory on skid Perform periodic inventory
audits/inspections Production Support Provide back-up support for
various production roles, when needed. Maintain forklift
certification Support plant safety initiative & maintain safety
protocols within all areas of production Report any and all issues
to a member of management Abide by all Company polices including,
but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and
Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT
