Assistance We are seeking an experienced, people focused Director
of Nursing to lead a 99 bed skilled nursing facility in Saluda,
North Carolina. This is a stable, well run building with a strong
census, minimal agency usage , and supportive leadership. The
previous DON resigned, and we are looking for the right leader to
step in, maintain momentum, and help elevate the building’s
reputation. This role is for a nursing leader who wants to make a
meaningful impact without inheriting chaos . The building is
stable. The team is established. The right DON can elevate culture,
outcomes, and reputation This role is ideal for a confident DON who
values team building and visibility, or a highly experienced ADON
