Retail Sales Associate

AVERAGE $15.00-$20.00 PER HOUR WITH UNCAPPED COMMISSION

PLUS A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS

• We focus on connecting the customer with the right products and services that fit their lifestyle through cultivating relationships and gaining their trust. 
• At T-ROC, we expect the best of our team, and we always have fun, never take yourself too seriously mentality and with that comes a friendly and welcoming approach when engaging with customers.
• Things move fast (it’s technology after all) so we also must stay flexible and ready for what’s next!

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:

• 1 year of retail sales or experience in the service industry
• Reliable transportation each day, with Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age.
• Being willing to work weekends, evenings, and regular business hours is just part of the job! We are flexible if you are! Both full and part time available.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 15 pounds.
