Job SummaryAs a Bander Operator at Pratt Industries, you will be responsible for operating the unitizer and corresponding equipment, ensuring accurate placement of bands and stretch wrap in accordance with proper setup techniques.Key Responsibilities

Operate the unitizer and corresponding equipment to produce high-quality units.
Ensure proper placement of unit tags and cover sheets, and correct stacking patterns.
Scan barcodes on units going through the unitizer to ensure accurate tracking.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Pratt Industries is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment.
