Description: Job Summary:RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Charlotte, NC location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Wednesday-Sunday shifts, including closing shifts that typically start in the mid-afternoon and end by 12:00 a.m. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule Wednesday to Sunday are essential. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads.
