Position Details:
Title: Chiller Technician
Location: Mooresville, NC - just north of Charlotte!
Shift: Mon-Friday, 9am-5pm standard schedule set, but there may be instances where outside hours must be worked.
Travel: 10% - 30% travel to customer sites nationwide. Ability to travel OCONUS.
Compensation: $35-$40/hr depending on qualifications and experience!
Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Company provides vehicle, lodging, company card and covers all travel costs.

Position Description:
The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Technician with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in HVAC systems, along with basic knowledge of computers, and excellent customer service skills. As a Chiller Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems for the semiconductor validation industry while maintaining excellent customer service.
--- Maintain and repair various types of cooling systems, including air- and water-cooled systems.
--- Conduct system diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical and mechanical components, refrigerant leaks, airflow, and ventilation.
--- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as Preventive Maintenance, checking refrigerant components, firmware upgrades and ensure optimal system performance.
--- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries, and explaining problem in a clear and concise manner.
--- Utilize basic computer knowledge, generate service reports, and maintain an organized database of client information.
--- Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality when attending service calls and meeting client expectations.

Requirements:
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Chiller Technician or a similar role.
--- Strong technical expertise in air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
--- Basic computer knowledge to record job details, generate reports, and maintain client information.
--- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service.
--- Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
--- Strong organizational skills to manage service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
--- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various work environments.
--- Knowledge of safety protocols, codes, and regulations related to air conditioning systems.
--- Valid driver's license and responsible driving record.
