The Lead Installer is responsible for training and mentoring junior installers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Additionally, this role requires a strong focus on safety protocols and adherence to industry standards, ensuring that all installations are completed without incident. Ultimately, the Lead Installer contributes to the company's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and effective project management.Pay: Up to 30 per hourMinimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in installation work, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Strong understanding of ductwork installation techniques and safety protocols.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in relevant installation practices or safety training.
  • Experience in project management or team leadership.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the installation process.
    • Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
    • Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials and tools.
