Your responsibilities will include product advisement, inventory management, and sales support, all while operating in fast-paced retail environments. This position is pivotal in fostering inclusive customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence in line with Sherwin-Williams’ high standards. Assist customers by providing product recommendations and resolving queries. Conduct sales transactions and manage financial procedures. Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels. Participate in inventory counts and store audits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements. Fluency in English and a second language Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Knowledge of inventory management Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial transactions Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Additional certifications in retail management or customer service are advantageous but not required.
