Johnson Controls, a pioneer in smart building solutions, is seeking an HVAC Estimator / Procurement Manager to enhance our Procurement and Supply Chain team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HVAC systems to estimate and procure materials essential for building and maintenance projects. Your contribution will directly impact our commitment to delivering high-efficiency, sustainable, and secure building technologies. Working closely with project managers and the logistics team, you will ensure optimal cost, quality, and timely delivery of resources. Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimation for HVAC-related projects. Develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and timelines. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Collaborate with project managers to forecast the needs and schedule deliveries. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Monitor market trends to anticipate material cost changes and supply chain risks. Uphold sustainability and efficiency standards in procurement choices. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Strong analytical skills for effective cost estimation. Advanced negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
