challenging moments. Your Mission: Be the Bridge Between Hope and
Help We're searching for a dynamic, driven, and relationship-savvy
Account Executive ready to make an impact in Rowan County and
surrounding areas. If you thrive on hitting goals, building

is your opportunity! What You'll Do: Build Relationships That
Matter – Connect with physicians, healthcare organizations, and
long-term care facilities to expand access to life-changing hospice
service Drive Results – Increase hospice and palliative volume from
assigned territory. Expand access to care and agency awareness,
build relationships through daily visit structure within the
medical community, meet monthly referral and admission goals, and
increase market share. Strategize & Execute – Analyze market
trends, develop quarterly growth plans, and implement creative
strategies that maximize impact. Be the Face of Compassion –
Represent Trellis at community events, deliver compelling
presentations, and educate audiences about the power of hospice
care. Collaborate & Innovate – Partner with our clinical and
administrative dream team to ensure exceptional customer
satisfaction. Stay Sharp – Maintain meticulous documentation in our
CRM system and keep pulse on Medicare and state hospice
regulations. What You Bring: Competitive Fire – You're
goal-oriented with a proven track record of sales success in
healthcare Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree (or
equivalent experience) in marketing, business, or health sciences;
3 years of healthcare sales experience preferred People Skills on
Point – Outstanding networking, interpersonal, and presentation
abilities that win trust and referrals Road Warrior Mentality –
Ready to travel your territory and make connections happen
face-to-face Sales Savvy – You know how to educate, influence, and
