you. The Sales Development Representative will be the first point
of contact for prospects, handling inbound inquiries via phone and
live chat, and converting leads into qualified appointments. This
role is critical to our sales pipeline and requires excellent
communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a customer-focused
mindset. Responsibilities: Communication and Lead Management Answer
incoming phone calls from prospects and provide exceptional
customer service Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and
professional manner Qualify leads through effective questioning and
active listening Set appointments for the sales team with qualified
prospects Follow up with leads to ensure appointment attendance and
engagement CRM Management Accurately log all interactions, notes,
and activities in the CRM system Update lead status, contact
information, and opportunity stages Maintain clean and organized
CRM data Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to ensure
smooth handoff of qualified leads Provide detailed notes and
context about prospect interactions Assist with scheduling and
calendar management Support sales initiatives and campaigns as
needed Requirements: Required Skills and Experience: High school
diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 1-2 years of
experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role Proven
experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or
similar) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong
phone presence and professional phone etiquette Ability to
multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience
with Go High Level (GHL) platform Experience with live chat
software and tool Previous appointment setting or inside sales
experience Knowledge of the real estate industry Bilingual
capabilities (Spanish/English or other languages) Compensation and
