us! Job Description The Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager
plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the overall Consumer
strategy for the Bank. This leader is responsible for developing
enterprise?aligned strategic recommendations, driving
cross?functional initiatives that influence long?term Consumer
direction, and ensuring new business capabilities seamlessly
integrate into the broader Consumer & Small Business strategic
agenda. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong
product, project, and data analytics skills, exceptional business
acumen, and the ability to translate complex insights into clear
strategic ideas and actions. Success in this role depends on the
ability to collaborate across Product, Digital, Operations,
Technology, and Line of Business teams to identify and drive
strategies that accelerate growth, deepen client engagement, and
strengthen the consumer experience. This role manages the
development and execution of cross?enterprise strategy formulation
efforts, identifies strategic opportunities, and influences
decisions, processes, and investments grounded in deep consumer and
market insights. Job Responsibilities Strategic Leadership &
Consumer Strategy Development Lead and support the development,
refinement, and execution of the Next Gen Consumer & Small Business
strategy, ensuring initiatives ladder up to a cohesive enterprise
vision. Translate client insights, competitive intelligence,
behavioral analytics, and market trends into actionable strategic
priorities that shape the direction of the overall Consumer & Small
Business strategy. Partner with Line of Business executives to
embed client-focused strategies into planning, delivery, and growth
objectives across the enterprise. Digital Consumer Capability
Strategy & Transformation This role is strategically critical in
accelerating the Next-Gen Consumer Transformation strategy, serving
as a key architect in the development of digital capabilities that
advance the Consumer strategy to maintain and grow market share.
Core areas of work include: Insight?Driven Ideation & Strategy
Creation Lead the ideation of new digital self-service capabilities
and enhancements, grounded in data and aligned with enterprise
consumer strategic priorities. Ensure concepts reflect both client
needs and strategic business objectives. Strategic Storyboarding &
Business Case Development Develop strategic narratives, solution
concepts, and business cases in partnership with frontline teams,
Product, Digital, Operations, and Technology. Drive stakeholder
alignment, benefit sign?off, and prioritization of capabilities
that have meaningful impact on the consumer strategy. Deep Consumer
Insight & Behavioral Understanding Build a rigorous, holistic view
of client behaviors informed by voice of customer, agent insights,
experience analytics, and journey?level performance. Use these
insights to identify strategic gaps, emerging needs, and
opportunities that enhance the digital consumer experience.
Strategic Delivery & Capability Execution Guide scope definition
and oversee project management through the execution of new digital
capabilities, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals
and deliver measurable consumer and business value. Performance
Assessment & Strategic Optimization Evaluate adoption, utilization,
and performance of digital capabilities to assess benefit
realization and determine strategic enhancements. Recommend actions
to improve the consumer experience and advance the self?service
strategy (e.g., eligibility refinements, deep linking via
IVR/Erica, feature expansion). Enterprise Influence &
Cross?Functional Alignment Serve as a cross?enterprise integrator
ensuring Consumer strategy is consistently represented in
decision?making, prioritization, and investments. Influence senior
leaders by presenting strategic options, tradeoffs, and insights
through compelling, data?driven storytelling. Required
Qualifications 5 years of experience in strategic consulting,
complex program management, and/or change management Proven ability
to lead end?to?end strategy development, including problem framing,
hypothesis creation, data?driven analysis, and clear strategic
recommendations. Demonstrated expertise in crafting executive?ready
narratives, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling, and
concise storylines tailored for senior?level audiences. Advanced
proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong portfolio of C?suite
presentations, including distilling insights into visual
storytelling, building structured narratives, and designing
high?clarity strategic decks. Strong business acumen with
experience assessing market trends, competitive landscapes, and
operational implications to support enterprise?level strategic
decisions. Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into
key insights and communicate them with precision across diverse
stakeholders. Experience influencing senior leaders through
well?structured recommendations, visual storytelling, and strategic
framing of business issues. Strong cross?functional collaboration
skills with the ability to guide teams toward aligned strategic
outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with
emphasis on clarity, brevity, and storytelling for executive
consumption. Desired Qualifications Comfort with and interest in
learning about in digital experiences and new technologies
Familiarity with, or openness to learning, the Bank’s project
execution lifecycle and change management Experience with and
knowledge of client servicing reporting, analysis and processes

benefits information Pay range $103,600.00 - $175,200.00 annualized
salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and
skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible
to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
