to our continued success. Job Summary: As an HVAC Technician at
Crown Mechanical, you'll be an essential part of our team, offering
support to fellow technicians or collaborating closely with a Lead
HVAC Technician, depending on your expertise level. Your role will
involve responding promptly to service calls, completing tasks
efficiently, and maintaining high standards to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities: Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose and
troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues
promptly. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning,
lubricating, and adjusting system components. Test HVAC systems for
proper functioning and ensure compliance with safety and
environmental regulations. Install and calibrate HVAC control
systems. Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as
needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including
parts used and time spent on each job. Collaborate with other team
members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain
a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care and storage
of tools and equipment. Requirements: High school diploma or
equivalent; vocational or technical training in HVAC systems
preferred. Valid state-issued driver's license. Minimum of 5 years'
experience as an HVAC technician. Strong understanding of HVAC
principles, systems, and components. Ability to interpret technical
diagrams and blueprints. Knowledge of industry codes and safety
standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work
independently or in a team environment. Successful completion of a
background check and drug screening. Ability to lift and carry
heavy equipment and materials. Comfortable working in various
environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
Experience operating HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment is
