Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING – 2ND SHIFT MATERIAL HANDLERS Work for a nationwide manufacturer that produces premium carpet cushion and hard surface underlayment for today’s most advanced flooring systems. The products support ceramic tile, luxury vinyl, laminate, engineered wood, and hardwood flooring — and many are recyclable or made from recycled materials. Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Occasional Saturday Pay: $15–$17 per hour Rate is based on attendance bonus eligibility. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to operate and coordinate the movement of bales from trailers and storage areas to grinding machines. Key Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts to transport materials - Move bales to grinding operations - Perform heavy lifting - Pick up scrap/material from the floor - Maintain safe and efficient workflow Working Conditions: - Exposure to dust and debris - Seasonal temperature variation - Overhead lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing - Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling Qualifications: - Forklift certified (required) - Self-motivated and dependable - Team-oriented - Strong commitment to safety and environmental policies If you’re reliable and ready to work, apply today!
