for an in-office Manufacturing Production Planner for an immediate
FTE role in the Charlotte metro area. This role is with North
America's largest recycler, a company with an unprecedented track

Production Planner will oversee weekly and monthly production
planning cycles to ensure timely customer deliveries and optimize
throughput across production facilities. This role demands a high
level of flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving ability, as
it operates within a fast-paced startup environment characterized
by rapidly evolving processes and systems. The Production Planner
will play a key role in establishing operational structure,
collaborating cross-functionally with sales, project management,
and other headquarters teams, as well as coordinating with
production teams across multiple locations. Additionally, they will
contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of planning
systems and workflows to support scalable growth and operational
excellence. Safety is the most important part of all jobs with our
client; candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to
initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures,
and housekeeping standards at all times. The strongest candidates
will possess most of the following qualifications in their profile:
3 years of production planning experience, you have a solid
knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control,
costs, etc. for manufacturing and distribution Professional
expertise in the suite of Microsoft Office tools, and strong with
MS Excel Confidence with at least 1 ERP system and data analysis
Ability to travel occasionally to production sites across the
country A strong track record of working on forecasting, problem
solving and proactive, not reactive production planning activities
in a startup like environment A background and track record of
Project Management skills The ability to pass a criminal BG check
and drug screen This is an on-site position and we are not able to
sponsor visas at this time. COMPENSATION TOTAL COMPENSATION =
$87,500- $114,000, broken down as follows : Base salary range –
$70,000 - $80,000/year DOE Total annual bonus of 25-30% over the
past 5 years! Educational assistance (up to $10K per year for you
